💼 Position: Digital Marketing Intern (Remote)
🕒 Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)
🗓️ Duration: 4 Months (With an opportunity for a permanent role based on sales performance)
🌍 Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere in Bangladesh)

🎯 What You Will Do:
1. Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Google for our agency and our clients.
2. Laser-focus on generating Sales and maximizing ROAS.
3. Set up advanced tracking and conversions using Facebook CAPI, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
4. Maintain excellent, professional communication and relationships with our agency clients.

✅ What We Are Looking For:
1. Hands-on experience in running ads and a proven track record of generating sales (even on a small scale).
2. Strong practical knowledge of Facebook Ads, CAPI, GTM, and GA4 setup.
3. A target-driven mindset. You should be hungry for sales!
4. Open to all—both male and female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Overview:

CholoBuyers.com is offering an exciting remote internship opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and digital customer communication. As a Sales & Customer Support Intern, you will interact with customers through Facebook Messenger and help convert ad-generated leads into successful sales.

This role is fully commission-based, ideal for individuals who want to grow their communication skills, gain real-world sales experience, and earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with potential customers via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger who come through Facebook Ads

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products

Provide clear, friendly, and professional responses

Convert leads into sales by guiding the customer from query to purchase

Maintain communication records using simple tools (Google Sheets)

Report sales progress to your assigned supervisor

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have basic experience with Facebook, Instagram and Messenger

Strong written communication skills in Bengali (English is a bonus)

Friendly attitude with a passion for helping people

Smartphone and stable internet connection required

Previous experience in e-commerce or online customer service is preferred but not required
