🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Performance Marketing Executive
📍 Location: Mirpur-10, Dhaka (On-site)
At Need2Buy, we’re looking for someone who can do more than just run ads.
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive who can execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and contributing to profitable business growth.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing Lead to turn marketing strategies into high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google & TikTok.
🎯 Your Key Responsibilities
* Execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google & TikTok.
* Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
* Identify optimization opportunities and scale winning campaigns based on performance data.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
* Work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead to implement campaign strategies and optimization plans.
* Coordinate with the Content & Creative Team to ensure high-performing creatives are developed and launched on time.
* Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
* Maintain campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting with accuracy.
✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Has 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.
* Has strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
* Has working knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
* Can independently optimize and scale campaigns using data.
* Has experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking.
* Is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused.
* Communicates effectively and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.
