So what happens, you can visualize your future plans and make a better solution for your planning. It is most helpful for those who loves to design their thoughts. It is also helpful for those who wants to see their imagination. For students it can make a unique and different approach to their presentation. Students, who need to prepare their presentation, can make attractive and unique design, diagram, shape, and layout in their slides. For film makers, a storyboard can save their time and money. Even those who can't draw can be benefited by learning storyboard drawing. Who are weaker in drawing, storyboard can help them to understand and learn about how to draw less but express much.

Some tips for Film Makers on Storyboard:

1. Storyboarding is not the way to write a movie. It’s the way to visualize how actors, props, camera angles & background fit together in any specific sequence or scene of shots.

2. It’s a visualization of script which tells you what you need before getting started the script.

3. When the script is ready, get yourself some paper or poster board to assemble your storyboard on.

4. Start with the beginning of your film and draw the first shot.

5. You don’t have to be a skilled drawer to draw the storyboard.

6. You have to make a sketch that will tell you, how the shot is going to look.

7. Make a new frame in the paper for each significant change in the location or action.

8. Once you get the hang of it, you will know which parts or details need to be taken and which need to be removed.

Some tips for Students on Storyboard:

1. Visualize your topic of the presentation and determine a specific part of the presentation.

2. You can start from the beginning. For that you can make some funny stuffs and characters.

3. Place these characters in different related part of that presentation.

আমরা সাবাই সেই তৃষ্ণার্ত কাকের গল্প শুনেছি। যেখানে একদিন প্রচন্ড্র রৌদ্রে তৃষ্ণার্ত একটি কাক পানির আশায় ছটফট করতে থাকে এবং পানি খুজতে থাকে। অতঃপর একটি কলসের পানির জন্যে তাতে পাথর ফেলতে থাকে। একসময় পানি কলসের উপর আসলে তা থেকে কাকটি তার তৃষ্ণা মেটায়। চিত্রায়িত রঙ্গশিল্পটিতে এই গল্পটিকে একটু ভিন্ন আঙ্গিকে তুলে ধরা হয়। শুরতেই ২০৫০ সালে তিস্তা বাধের দৃশ্য দেখানো হয়। যখন পানির অভাবে তিস্তা নদী শুকিয়ে মরুভুমি হয়ে গেছে। পশু-পাখি পানির অভাবে মরে কঙ্কাল হয়ে গেছে। একটি কাক অতি তৃষ্ণা নিয়ে যাওয়ার পথে হঠাত পানির পাত্র দেখতে পায়। পানি পান করার আশায় সে পাত্রটি ছিদ্র করে ফেলে কিন্তু তাও পান করতে ব্যর্থ হয়। তারপর কাকটি পাথর দিয়ে পানির স্তর উপরে উঠাতে চেষ্টা করে। কিন্তু পুনঃরায় ব্যর্থ হয়ে সে ক্লান্ত হয়ে পরে। অতঃপর তার মাথায় বুদ্ধির উদয় হয়। সে দূরে পরে থাকা স্ট্র নিয়ে আসে এবং পাত্রের ছিদ্র অংশ দিয়ে তা প্রবেশ করায়। তারপর এক ফোটা এক ফোটা করে পানি পান করেতে সমর্থ হয়।

এই রঙ্গচিত্রটির মাধ্যমে আমরা বুঝতে পারি যে, ব্যাতিক্রমী চিন্তা চিরাচরিত নিয়মকেও হার মানায়। প্রতিযোগিতাপূর্ণ সমাজে যেকোন প্রতিকূলতাকে অতিক্রম করতে মননশীলতাই পারে স্রোতের বিপরীতে অগ্রসর হতে। বাধা যত বড়ই হোক না কেন, নিজের চেষ্টা আর শ্রমের পাশাপাশি সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। আর এজন্য প্রয়োজন সময়োপযোগী বুদ্ধিমত্তা আর উপযুক্ত পন্থা। আর তাই একটি সিদ্ধান্ত পারে জীবনকে বদলে দিতে।

Arcanum of Dead Bodies in Disneyland, Hong Kong

The newest attraction, an iconic and classic theme park, has been added in Disneyland. GHOST! GHOST! Yes, it’s all about dead bodies and ghosts. In Paris, this Hunted Mansion is known as Phantom Manor. Now, this mansion is going to be introduced as Mystic Manor in Hong Kong Disneyland.
Guests will enter into this mansion and will be lost to primitive age. All residents of this mansion are ghosts. They will feel like sinking into graves. There are about ninety-nine happy haunts and about thousand rooms. All the ghostly residents will welcome them with deadly greetings.
Welcome! Welcome! Come to us you foolish mortals.
--Ghost Host
First, guests stand in the line and are led into a spooky parlour. Then they enter into The Foyer, from where they start the journey. There ghost host welcome them. Then, they are brought to The Stretching Room, where the entering door becomes a wall. An evil voice comes through the room. With the voice the walls seem to move upwards and the atmosphere changes in no time. Suddenly, the lights go off. Lightning and thunder come with dark humour. Then, guests pass through Doom Buggies and portrait Gallery. The journey ends with an instruction of bringing their death certificates for the next journey.
For refreshing your busy life and entertaining yourselves with horror humour, you can pay a visit to Hong Kong Disneyland. This new attraction of the Hunted Mansion theme park will revive you with real and lively ghosts.

Summary: A new theme park is going to be introduced in Hong Kong Disneyland. The most advanced technologies are being used to give an extreme horror look. Guests will be shown a mansion of dead bodies. A host of ghosts will direct the journey and will introduce guests to the residents’ of that mansion. Guest will find a new experience will full of horror.

Paradigms of diversity management

The concept of managing diversity creates a productive environment where employee talents are fully utilized, where everyone will feel valued and organization will able to meet with its goal (UKessay, 1994).
