1. Executive Summary
It seems our nation is united around the call of the time - let's go digital. In today’s globalised world, technological advancement is a necessity, not an option. The citizenry realize this and they seem united around the call of our times – a digital Bangladesh. Rhetoric asides, question is: do we have the right strategy? How about our implementation planning? We dove deep into the matter and we believe digitization should start from schools. In the last 4 years, we concentrated all its resources in building a next generation school & college management system called DORRE. DORRE Limited and BPO (Bangladesh Post Office) is jointly provisioning DORRE all over Bangladesh.
This document was prepared by DORRE management team to provide information on DORRE implementation plan.
This document has been based on considerable research, scoping conversations with schools, colleges & Madrasha and a range of stakeholder meetings.
