Job Context:
HFO Based Power Plant.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise and manage the mechanical maintenance team for the successful implementation of the project and after completion of project, lead the whole mechanical maintenance team
Manage and lead the mechanical engineering aspects and also the field engineering services, coordinate assignments, and handling multiple tasks concurrently, Making sure that project meets technical standards, legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
Works related to the area of Engines, Boiler and Auxiliaries, Turbine, Generator and Auxiliaries, Power cycle piping , Sludge handling plant, Firefighting system, HVAC, Circulating air system, Yard piping, fuel oil system, Fuel treatment plant, CW piping, water treatment plant, RO plant, waste water system, corrosion control, etc.
Managing inventory of equipment and machinery and utilization of spare parts and materials.
Develop test requirements following International & Local standards and assist in mechanical equipment checkout and startup.
Review of concept notes, basic engineering, P&I D's, General Arrangement drawings, calculations, data sheets, materials of construction, checking of all assigned project mechanical installation design & drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions of vendor submittals for installation requirements.
Performs detailed inspections of plant mechanical equipment during scheduled unit outages.
Supervise EPC's work, Involve in commissioning and COD activities
Reporting regularly to management with construction work progress and details analysis
Finding defecting points comparing to design and negotiate with EPC team.
Any Other job assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements:
B.Sc or Higher degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering from a public / reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
At least 10 year(s).
Additional Requirements:
Age 35 to 45 years.
Minimum 7 years' experience in HFO based power plants.
Experience in HFO power plants including er****on, commissioning experience will get preference
Experience in MAN Engine with cogeneration will get preference
The applicants should have experience in practicing standard Health, Safety and Environment policy and should come from Mechanical Maintenance background, at least as Senior Engineer/Supervisor
Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
Able to work under pressure.
Good communication skills.
Manage team members well.
Should clearly understand PPA, IA, LTSA and other contract.
