Introduction:
The economy and food security of agricultural countries largely depend on agricultural production. The foundation of agriculture is soil. Without good soil quality, it is difficult to expect good harvests. That’s why it is often said, "Strong soil means higher crop yields."
ভূমিকা: কৃষি প্রধান দেশগুলোর অর্থনীতি এবং খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা অনেকাংশে নির্ভর করে কৃষি উৎপাদনের উপর। কৃষি উৎপাদনের মূল ভিত্তি হলো মাটি। মাটির গুণগত মান ভালো না হলে ভালো ফসলের আশা করা যায় না। তাই বলা হয়ে থাকে, "শক্তিশালী মাটি মানেই অধিক ফসল"।
Importance of Soil Quality:
Strong and healthy soil contains adequate organic matter, essential nutrients, and proper water retention capacity. Such soil supplies necessary nutrition to plant roots, which promotes faster growth and reduces susceptibility to diseases. As a result, crop production increases, and farmers' income grows.
মাটির গুণগত মানের গুরুত্ব: শক্তিশালী ও স্বাস্থ্যকর মাটিতে পর্যাপ্ত জৈব উপাদান, পুষ্টি উপাদান এবং সঠিক মাত্রায় পানি ধারণের ক্ষমতা থাকে। এ ধরনের মাটি গাছের শিকড়কে প্রয়োজনীয় পুষ্টি সরবরাহ করে, ফলে গাছ দ্রুত বৃদ্ধি পায় এবং রোগবালাইও কম হয়। এর ফলে ফসলের উৎপাদন বৃদ্ধি পায় এবং কৃষকের আয়ও বাড়ে।

👉জৈব সার ও ভার্মিকম্পোস্ট ব্যবহার করে মাটির উর্বরতা বজায় রাখা
👉Practicing crop rotation
👉ফসল চক্র অনুসরণ করা
👉Reducing the overuse of chemical fertilizers and adopting natural farming methods.
👉রাসায়নিক সারের অপব্যবহার বন্ধ করে প্রাকৃতিক পদ্ধতির চাষাবাদ বৃদ্ধি করা
