We had the opportunity to work with Scholarshome School & College, Eidgah on the renovation of their existing laboratories.
Every project starts with a problem, and this Biology Lab was no different.
The teachers and students were sharing the same space, leaving the teachers with very little privacy or a quiet place to work while classes were going on. Storage was another challenge, along with a recurring water leakage issue from the sanitary pipes of the upper floor.
With a limited budget, our goal was to make the best possible use of the existing space rather than completely transforming it. We created a more private zone for the teachers, a dedicated area for students and practical classes, improved the storage arrangement, and worked on making the circulation more comfortable and organized.
It was all about finding simple and practical solutions to everyday problems and giving an old, challenging space a more functional and comfortable new life as a Biology Lab.
