ESDF is a Voluntary, Non-Governmental, Non-Political and Charitable Welfare Organization. Its vision is to eliminate poverty through creating socially responsible economic opportunities for the underprivileged. y, ensure quality for its customers and transparency to its suppliers. It’s parent organization, Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO), a Non-Government Organization, has played a pivotal role in developing the Thakurgaon District over the last two decades through its social development and micro-credit programs. ESDO has been operating social businesses since its inception but formally established ESDF in 2017 to expand its scale of operations in developing local markets for handicrafts (Amader Bazaar and Aroni Handicrafts), organic mustard oil (Aroni Mustard Oil), a Livelihood Museum (Lokayan) and a cultural theatre and children’s hospital.
