What electrifies you?

The honest answer?
Me!⚡️

I electrify me!

⚡️The choices I make for myself
⚡️Giving myself what I need
⚡️Surrounding myself with cheerleaders
⚡️Shielding myself from projections & other people’s fears
⚡️Healing my wounds
⚡️Feeling my feels
⚡️Blocking negativity in any form
⚡️Sending & receiving positive vibes
⚡️Working on what I love with & for people I love
⚡️Living.MY.best.life!

It really comes down to CHOICES.
10 months ago I became a mom and I never made more conscious time for myself than I do now.
Focus on ‘making time’ & ‘conscious’.
It’s soooo easy to forget yourself and I vowed to myself when I was pregnant that my number one priority would remain me.

Whenever I am drained, I have no patience. I don’t have room for all my babies needs. I don’t enjoy him and I definitely don’t enjoy myself. I feel guilty immediately and that whole cycle can suck you in.

So I gave myself 9 months to really fuel myself. To prepare how to take care of me. I read books on the fourth trimester. I prepped meals. I set boundaries. I didn’t read on ‘how to raise a baby’ because I knew I would be a great mom if I just followed my intuition.

My wish for you is that you are your own biggest cheerleader. Selflove really opens all doors. Selflove attracts so many beautiful things. Selflove results in so much more love.

I’ve always had a thing for scars.

I love how they tell a story.
How they hold a memory
Or signify a turning point.

Some scars are spontaneous adventures
Others are planned & necessary.

Some scars tell the best tales,
Some hold a rather negative connotation.

This scar, this particular scar, will forever be part of the start of my favourite story. It will forever mark the biggest turning point into my life, becoming Lewis’ mom. It will forever remind me to let go & ride the waves.

14 days of getting to know your little quirks & figuring out what you need.
14 days of laughing at your new facial expressions and you getting to know yourself.
14 days of looking at you for hours & counting our blessings.
14 days of p**p on the floor & p*e on our hands.
14 days of healing & feeling.
14 days of forgetting the whole world.
14 days where time stands still but also goes by too fast.
14 days of happy tears & naps with just the three of us.
