This year's theme is ๐๐ž๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ, and honestly, it could not be more fitting for the work I do every day with the leaders and founders I coach.

When your voice has one fixed pattern - always the same pace, pitch, volume, and energy - peopleโ€™s attention starts to drift. Even when what you are saying is valuable.

It is about sending calm, credible signals before you say a word.

That is why I use The POWERS Principle:

P โ†’ Palms open
O โ†’ Open posture
W โ†’ Weight balanced
E โ†’ Eye contact
R โ†’ Relaxed movements
S โ†’ Speak calmly

These six small choices influence how confident, trustworthy, and present you appear; whether you are leading a meeting, presenting on stage, greeting a client, or speaking up in an important conversation.
