Back to school for our 2026/2027 mentoring class! ✨

The 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 brings together junior and senior Strandies for a year of sharing experiences and perspectives.

Our junior talents get the chance to learn from their senior peers, while mentors gain fresh perspectives on new ways of working and emerging trends.

For this first session, mentor Anaïs Moreau explained some core principles of the '𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆' 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 to our participants, helping them build meaningful connections and form their mentoring duos and trios.

And a special thank you to our Talent Managers, Clotilde Hallet, Sally Van Isacker and Tiziana Maricosu, for guiding our talents throughout their mentoring journey. 💪
