Sandra brings a strong background in HR leadership, combining both strategic insight and hands-on expertise. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in professionalizing HR departments, implementing HR strategies from international headquarters, and guiding organizations through complex transformations.

Her experience spans across payroll and HR operations, reward frameworks, social relations, and change management. Sandra has successfully led restructuring projects, introduced performance and learning platforms, and strengthened collaboration with employee representatives and unions.

The rules regarding night work are being made more flexible.

Especially in e-commerce, the definition is shifting to 11 p.m. – 6 a.m. At the same time, premiums will remain in place, but according to this new interpretation.

👉 This opens up opportunities.
