This week at the French Open, professional tennis players used bags of ice between sets just to keep playing. Not to win. To survive the match.

32 degrees in Paris. In May.

The same week, England published a government-backed climate report with one headline finding: the country is "built for a climate that no longer exists."

So are most corporate risk models.

Your company has warehouses, suppliers in southern Europe, logistics routes that depend on infrastructure designed for a different era. The continuity plan sitting in your risk register was written when a 32-degree May in Paris happened once in a generation.

That plan has not been updated. The climate has.

We were brought in to find what a pharmaceutical company's advisors had missed. Think of it like an X-ray. Their sustainability reports showed a healthy patient. The X-ray showed a fracture nobody had spotted. โ‚ฌ40 million in hidden liability, sitting inside a supply chain, untouched across three audit cycles.

The fracture does not disappear because nobody looked for it. It just gets more expensive.

If you are a CFO, a CSO, or a CEO who suspects the X-ray has never been done, that is what a P3 Diagnostic is for. One conversation. We will tell you within the hour whether there is something worth looking at.

Five women. Five sectors. One question that leadership conversations rarely answer with precision.
What did you actually build that held?
Not which values guided the organization. What structure, what calculation, what decision was made before the pressure arrived, that meant the institution was still standing when it ended.

This Wednesday, Trianon co-founder Dr. Audrey-Flore Ngomsik joins the CEO of The Carter Center, the founder of JUMP, the director of CONCORD, and a Partner at Dalberg at The Nine Brussels.

The event is Women Leading Change. The topic is purpose-driven leadership in a volatile world.
Organizations that held over the last three years did not hold because their leaders had stronger values than the ones that collapsed. They held because someone ran the numbers early and built the structure around what those numbers revealed.
That is the work Trianon does. Across six sectors. In Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Wednesday, May 28. 19h00. The Nine, Brussels.

[EVENT] The "S" in ESG - When Human Capital Becomes Strategic, not Instrumental

Most companies know what the E in ESG costs them.
They have a number for carbon. They have a number for energy. They have a number for regulatory fines.
They have no number for the S.

They have a DEI report. They have a statement of commitment. They have a Head of People who reports to no one with budget authority. They have a workforce strategy that was written in 2021 and has not been tested against reality since.

The S in ESG is the most expensive letter in that acronym. It is also the one nobody is measuring.

Human capital either creates competitive advantage or it destroys it.
There is no neutral position.
The companies treating it as an HR function instead of a strategic asset are not managing it.
They are accumulating liability they have not priced.

Trianon Scientific Communication I am going to make that visible on Wednesday evening.
And LIV Consulting will show you how to fix it.

There are still some tickets available

Artemis II launched last week.
Four astronauts are on their way to the Moon for the first time in 53 years.

The pictures are breath-taking.

Victor Glover is the first Black person beyond low Earth orbit.
Christina Koch is the first woman.
Jeremy Hansen is the first non-US citizen.
All of this, in 2026.

The technology existed earlier.
But the room kept filling itself the same way. Same profile. Same blind spots. Same architecture

Now the harder question.

The Moon holds helium-3, a candidate fuel for nuclear fusion.
It holds rare earth elements that Earth extraction is depleting.
The 1967 Outer Space Treaty calls space a global commons. No nation owns it.
But a permanent lunar base, which is exactly what NASA is building toward, is a form of claim, treaty or not.

NASA has committed $18.3 billion through 2030, the majority flowing to two privately held companies. SpaceX and Blue Origin will use publicly funded infrastructure to establish commercial positions on a global commons with no international governance framework for resource extraction.

We are not against profit. Profit is how you prove the model works.
We are not against SpaceX or Blue Origin. Private innovation built what government procurement could not deliver in 53 years.

We are against the part where public risk and private reward share no governance architecture between them.

We have seen this before. Deep-sea mining. Arctic drilling. Satellite spectrum allocation.

The legal framework says one thing. The economic incentive structure moves faster. By the time regulation catches up, the commercial positions are entrenched and the public negotiating leverage is gone.
The people who bear the cost are rarely in the room when the architecture is designed.

Space program R&D produced water purification, solar panels, and medical technology that changed lives. The scientific value is real and documented.

The question is not whether value gets created. It is whether the governance structure ensures it gets distributed, or whether it gets captured by the two companies NASA now cannot operate without.

The governance of who benefits, who bears the cost, and who is in the room when those decisions are made, that architecture is still being written.
The companies that understand people, planet, profit, as a risk management framework rather than a reporting obligation will have a seat at that table.
Companies and governments that treat space resource governance as someone else's problem will not shape the rules. They will receive them.

The snap was taken aboard the Orion capsule by its commander, Reid Wiseman, as the crew head towards the Moon.

[EVENT] The "S" in ESG: When Human Capital Becomes Strategic, not Instrumental

Most ESG events go like this.

Someone explains why sustainability matters. Everyone nods. Nobody changes anything.

On April 15, LIV Consulting and Trianon Scientific Communication are hosting a different kind of evening.

There is a gap most organisations refuse to name. The CEO sets the sustainability strategy. The CHRO is handed a fraction of the budget to deliver it. HR stays a support function. The "S" in ESG stays a reporting line. And the profit sitting inside your workforce strategy stays invisible.

Lokman, founder of LIV Consulting and co-founder of Greenomy, closes the operational side of that gap. She has scaled teams across six countries and helped organisations operationalise human capital strategy under CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and VSME frameworks. She turns the CHRO from a compliance executor into a strategic partner.

We close the financial side. Across 180+ CSR implementations in six sectors, we have run the same diagnosis: what does mismanaged human capital actually cost you, in numbers. The answer is consistently up to 80% in recoverable profit. Left on the table because the CEO and the CHRO were never in the same conversation.
Together, we cover the full problem.

LIV Consulting shows you how to align workforce strategy with sustainability goals.
Trianon shows you what misalignment is costing you right now.

Both conversations lead to the same place: the "S" in ESG is not a reporting checkbox. It is where your next margin lives, or where your next liability is quietly building.

One evening. Two firms that do not lecture.

Numbers, cases, and the framework to make human capital a driver of business resilience.

Homogeneous boards do not just miss talent. They miss solutions. And the cost is measurable: delayed technologies, misdirected capital, preventable losses.
This is the conversation we bring into boardrooms. Not as a diversity exercise. As a risk audit.
Dr. Audrey-Flore Ngomsik ran this session with 100 people in January. The room went silent. That is usually when the real work begins.

What is happening in Brussels this April?

Three evenings. One argument. All at The Nine .

The argument is simple. Organisations keep solving structural problems with individual fixes.
โŒ They coach women to be bolder instead of redesigning the system that silences them.
โŒ They file the "S" in ESG under HR instead of strategy.
โŒThey run inclusion workshops and wonder why the numbers do not move.

We are done being polite about that. So we built three evenings around it.

The S in ESG: When Human Capital Becomes Strategic, not Instrumental.
There is a gap between what the CEO sets as sustainability strategy and what the CHRO is resourced to deliver. That gap has a price. Sarah shows you how to close it operationally. We show you what it is costing you in numbers.

You Can't Coach Your Way Out of Structural Exclusion.
Women filed 12% of patents. They received credit for 3%. Rosalind Franklin photographed DNA's structure. Watson and Crick received the Nobel Prize. The pattern repeats across 200 years of scientific records.
Victoria teaches women how to take up space. We ask the harder question: why are we still putting that responsibility on them?

21/03/2026

Participants will be jurors in a tribunal. The tribunal won't judge a person. It will judge a verdict that has already been issued by the market, the press, or an organization: "She failed."

Their job is to decide whether that verdict is accurate, or whether the conditions made it inevitable.

Five cases will be presented tonight. Each one concerns a woman who had to lead and build simultaneously, without formal authority.
Each one ended in a verdict of failure, departure, or erasure.

Each verdict is currently on appeal.
senem will be the Expert Witness. She will testify to reframe everything the jury thought they understood.
