📋 PLURILINGMEDIA Policy Workshop in Gaillimhe / Galway!

🇮🇪 Taighdeoirí, cleachtóirí na meán agus pobal na mionteangacha, ar scáth a chéile a mhaireas na daoine!

🤝 Our workshop brought together stakeholders of media and language in Irish as well as a variety of comparative cases, including Basque, Kashubian, German in Italy, Hungarian in Romania and Serbia, Welsh.

👀 We focused on the topic of mixed-households as audiences of minoritised language media outlets, which will feed into a PLURILINGMEDIA policy brief later this year.

We’re looking for interdisciplinary perspectives on how regulation shapes minority-language media—from broadcasting 🎙️ and film 🎬 to social media 📱, streaming platforms 💻, and AI 🤖.
