Human Library Organization is a global initiative that started in Denmark in 2000. It was founded by Ronni Abergel, his brother Dany Abergel, and colleagues Asma Mouna and Christoffer Erichsen as a project for the Roskilde Festival. The idea was to create a space where people could challenge their own biases by engaging in open and honest conversations with others.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀:
Instead of borrowing books, visitors "borrow" real people who have volunteered to share their life stories. These individuals—called "Human Books"—come from diverse backgrounds and often represent groups that face stereotypes, stigma, or discrimination. Readers can engage in conversations with them to "unjudge" and understand their experiences firsthand.

𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 & 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁:
- Promotes dialogue, empathy, and understanding
- Challenges prejudice and stereotypes
- Creates a safe space for difficult conversations
- Operates in libraries, schools, workplaces, festivals, and public events
- Since its launch, the Human Library has spread to over 80 countries, offering a unique way to foster human connection and inclusion.

On the contrary, I’ve discovered amazing people, events, products, and ideas through comments from my network. Even posts like "Comment XYZ to get details" (yes, the one everyone loves to criticize) have introduced me to valuable opportunities. Engagement spreads visibility—it’s how we connect and grow here. I don’t mind the noise if it means discovering valuable opportunities.

2️⃣ 𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙗𝙖𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚.
Sure, a thoughtful message is a nice touch, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Sometimes people just want to connect quickly—like when they’re standing in line for coffee, or they might not know what to write. I’d rather give the benefit of the doubt and learn their intentions after connecting. What matters is what happens next, not how it starts.

3️⃣ 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚/𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙪𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙.
I see it differently—these updates are informative and often meaningful. On multiple occasions, they’ve helped me reconnect with acquaintances or even start new projects, simply because I got updated about their journey. Sharing milestones can spark opportunities and inspire others to reflect on their own growth.

💬 What is your opinion and experience with those 3?

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 🌟

Every new week is a fresh start.
A chance to realign, refocus, and move closer to doing work you love.
Whether you're an entrepreneur, a career-shifter, or someone searching for more meaning in your work life, I'm wishing you a purposeful and fulfilling week ahead! 🚀

Specifically, the part “There are 100 things we COULD do. 50 things we SHOULD do. 10 things we MUST do. But there are only 2 things we CAN afford to do with the limited resources we have.” really hit me.

Inspired by it, I want to ask you:

"𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 is misunderstood to be an emotion. Actually, it is a state of awareness, a way of being in the world, a way of seeing oneself and others." — David R. Hawkins

This profound insight invites us to rethink how we approach our professional lives—no matter the role, stage, or form of our occupation. When we view love as a state of awareness, it transforms our work into a meaningful expression of our true selves.

By aligning our careers with this perspective, we not only find fulfillment but also contribute positively to the world around us. Embracing this holistic view of love in our work fosters environments where passion and purpose thrive, leading to greater innovation, collaboration, and personal satisfaction.

I hope we all strive to see our work not just as a means to an end but as a way of being that reflects our deepest values and connects us more deeply with others.

𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 – 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐞

Your attitude determines so much about your journey through life.

It shapes how you:... Dust yourself off after a storm.... Take opportunities to learn and grow.... Spot potential for innovation and seize it, no matter the risks.... Approach someone at a networking event with curiosity and warmth.... Transform a smile into a friendship, a love story, or a thriving business partnership.... Find a way forward where others see dead ends.... Choose to value and use the time, energy, and privilege of being alive wisely.... Turn plans and ideas into tangible realities.... See people not just for who they are but for who they could become.... Invest in the potential of others, uplifting and empowering them.... Bring life and meaning to a workspace or a company.... Ask for help when you need it, embracing vulnerability as strength.... Notice when someone else is struggling and offer support.... Ask thoughtful questions instead of jumping to conclusions.... Act from a place of love rather than fear.... Create instead of destroy.... View life as a world of possibilities instead of limitations.

𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞.

It waits for us, patiently—ready to be called upon, chosen, and embodied. It’s the lens through which we interpret the world and take action.

𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘯𝘦𝘸𝘴: It’s never too late to start building the attitude of the person you want to be tomorrow.

So, what attitude will you choose today?

As we all know, one of the greatest skills for building meaningful connections is being a good listener. But here’s an equally important, often overlooked skill: being a great 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯-𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘳.

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞.

Every choice we make, no matter how small, reflects our priorities and shapes the direction of our life and work. 🌱

Take a moment to reflect on your actions from today:.. Did you step outside for fresh air and take a moment to enjoy the small things?.. Did you nourish your body with food that keeps you strong and focused?.. Did you take time to help a colleague or offer your support when it was needed?.. How did you react after receiving difficult news or having a tough conversation?.. Did you speak up when you noticed injustice?.. Did you say "STOP" when you realized a meeting was going nowhere and wasting time?.. Were you real and honest with a customer, even when it felt uncomfortable?

Each decision is a small but powerful step toward alignment with your values and your vision of doing work you love.

✨ What choices are YOU making today that bring you closer to the work and life you truly want?

Here are some examples of spiritual practices. Which ones have you tried, and which is your favorite?

For me, the most used practice is journaling—it keeps me grounded and reflective. But my favorite? Definitely meditation. It’s my go-to for reconnecting with myself and finding clarity.

𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Quieting the mind to cultivate awareness, clarity, and a connection to the present moment or higher self.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫: Speaking or listening to a higher power or the universe for guidance, gratitude, or comfort.

𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚: Combining physical postures, breathwork, and mindfulness to unify body, mind, and spirit.

𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: Reflecting on thoughts, feelings, and experiences to gain insight and clarity.

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞: Actively acknowledging and appreciating the good in life to cultivate a positive mindset.

𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Spending time in nature to feel grounded, rejuvenated, and connected to the Earth.

𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: Helping others or giving back as a way to align with love, compassion, and purpose.

𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: Practicing intentional breathing techniques to release stress and access deeper states of consciousness.

𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬: Creating meaningful traditions, such as lighting candles, setting intentions, or performing sacred ceremonies.

𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Imagining desired outcomes or connecting to a vision of your higher self.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬: Repeating sacred words or phrases to focus the mind and connect with spiritual energy.
Energy Healing: Practices like Reiki or chakra balancing to clear and align your energy.

𝐀𝐤𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Exploring soul-level insights and guidance from the "universal library."

𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠: Engaging with spirit guides, ancestors, or the unseen realms for healing and wisdom.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Walking with awareness and intention, focusing on each step and breath.

𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐦: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐭 𝐈𝐬, 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐈𝐭One of the foundational pillars of my work with Do Work You ...

𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐦: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐭 𝐈𝐬, 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐈𝐭

One of the foundational pillars of my work with Do Work You Love and The Matchmakers is to help people master 3 essential types of relationships:
𝟏. 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 👤♥
𝟐. 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 👤♥👤
𝟑. 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 👤=> 👤♥👤

Among these, the 1st—your relationship with yourself—is the bedrock upon which everything else stands. And one of its cornerstones is self-esteem.

Let’s explore and deepen our understanding by comparing self-esteem and self-confidence (visual).

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬:
You can have high self-confidence but low self-esteem. For example, you might excel at work, deliver great results, and receive accolades—yet still feel unworthy of love or respect. On the flip side, someone with healthy self-esteem might not always feel confident about every skill but remains grounded in their intrinsic value.
Cultivating and combining both leads to a healthier, more balanced sense of self. When you know your worth and trust your abilities, you’re better equipped to:
- Build meaningful connections.
- Navigate challenges with resilience and grace.
- Create impactful work that reflects your authentic self.

👉 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞:
As you move through this week, take a moment to reflect:
- What’s one area where you feel confident but struggle with self-esteem?
- What’s one area where you’re grounded in self-esteem but lack confidence?
- How can you empower others in building their self-esteem?

💬 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
Your relationship with yourself sets the tone for everything else in your life. Strengthening your self-esteem is not about perfection but about nurturing your intrinsic worth and building a foundation for a fulfilling, meaningful life.
Take this as your cue to pause, reflect, and invest in the most important relationship you’ll ever have: the one with yourself.❤

𝐙𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐠'𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐲.

"Only hire someone if you’d be happy working FOR them in an alternate universe."

I love this concept of switching places in a relationship.
This reversed perspective offers a deeper, more meaningful way to evaluate connections, whether in hiring, collaboration, or life in general.

It helps you look beyond titles and surface-level dynamics to ask yourself:
▫️ How do I really relate to the other person?
▫️ What’s my role (rights and responsibilities) in this relationship?
▫️ What’s theirs?

This perspective invites humility, respect, honesty, clarity, and curiosity into the equation.

It challenges you to see strengths, qualities, and leadership potential in others, to double-check value matches, and to recognize the possibility of learning and growing, no matter the context.

✨ Imagine applying this mindset not just in hiring, but in teamwork, partnerships, and friendships.

💬 What do you think about this approach?
Would you be happy working for the people you hire, partner with, or connect with?
What might shift if we all viewed our relationships as fluid, with roles that could reverse?

"𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐦𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞." 🤷‍♂️
This is what many people say.

But what if I told you there’s a quick tip that takes just a few minutes and could literally change your life?

Here’s how:
1️⃣ Scroll through your LinkedIn feed or contacts.
2️⃣ Find someone who seems truly passionate about and fulfilled in their work.
3️⃣ Send them this short message:
"𝙃𝙚𝙮 [𝙉𝙖𝙢𝙚], 𝙄 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙢 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙩?"

You might be thinking, "This won’t work."
It's OK to think that.

Here’s another point of view and mindset to practice:
▫️ Have no expectations—be okay if they don’t reply.
▫️ Let go of any assumptions about what their answer might be.

Because …
▫️ What if they do reply?
▫️ What if they share insights that inspire you?
▫️ What if a conversation begins?
▫️ What if it sparks an idea or ignites a fire in you to take a small step toward doing work you love?
▫️ What if one thing leads to another and you start working together?

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 … a year from now, you’re sitting at your new desk, preparing for a meeting you’re genuinely excited about. Next to your monitor, there’s a framed screenshot of the message you sent today—the one that started it all. ✨

Actions pave the way to Do Work You Love.
So, roll up your sleeves and take the first step.
