أعلنت شركة نسيج عن وضع حجر الأساس لمشروع إنشاء 24 وحدة سكنية في مدينة سلمان ضمن برنامج حقوق تطوير الأراضي الحكومية بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، بحضور سعادة السيدة آمنة بنت أحمد الرميحي وزيرة الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني، والسيد أمين العريض الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة نسيج، والسيدة هلا المؤيد المدير التنفيذي لمجموعة المؤيد للمقاولات، ومسؤولين عن وزارة الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني وعدد من المسؤولين في الشركتين.

Naseej announces the groundbreaking of a project to construct 24 residential units in Salman City as part of the Government Land Development Rights Program in partnership with the private sector. The event is attended by HE Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning; Mr. Amin Al Arrayed, CEO of Naseej; Mrs. Hala Almoayyed, Executive Director of Almoayyed Contracting Group; officials from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning; and a number of representatives from both companies.

السيد أمين العريض، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة نسيج، أشرف على محفظة من مشاريع التطوير العقاري والتنموية تتجاوز قيمتها 620 مليون دولار أمريكي، وتضم أكثر من 3,000 وحدة، بالإضافة إلى عدد من المشاريع التي لا تزال قيد التنفيذ وأخرى ضمن الخطط المستقبلية.
وفي عام 2017، نجحت نسيج في إنجاز أول وأكبر مشروع شراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص في مملكة البحرين بالتعاون مع حكومة البحرين ممثلة بوزارة الإسكان، حيث تم تسليم أكثر من 2,600 وحدة سكنية اجتماعية وميسّرة متكاملة البنية التحتية للمواطنين البحرينيين.
كما تضم محفظة نسيج عدداً من المشاريع البارزة، من بينها مشروع نسايم عراد — وهو مجتمع فلل مستدام وذكي — ومشروع كنال فيو في جزيرة دلمونيا، وواحة البحرين للاستثمار، وفلل بساتين، وفلل ياسمينة سار، بالإضافة إلى مشروع جمانة للسكن الميسّر.

Mr. Amin Al Arrayed, Chief Executive of Naseej, has overseen a portfolio of real estate and development projects valued at over USD620m, comprising over 3,000 units, in addition to several developments currently under development and in the pipeline.
In 2017, Naseej completed Bahrain’s first and largest Public-Private Partnership Project with the government of Bahrain (The Ministry of Housing), successfully delivering over 2,600 social and affordable homes with integrated infrastructure to Bahraini citizens .
Naseej’s portfolio also includes several landmark developments such as Nasayim Arad — a sustainable and smart villa community — CanalView at Dilmunia Island, the Bahrain Investment Oasis, Basateen Villas, Yasmeenat Saar Villas, and Jumana’s affordable housing project.

أعلنت شركة نسيج، عن توقيع اتفاقية تسويق وبيع حصرية مع شركة ASK Real Estate يتم بموجبها تسويق وبيع مشروع “The Signature Residence” الكائن ضمن مشروع “مارينا بي” الفاخر في جزيرة الريف بالمنامة. وجرت مراسم توقيع الاتفاقية في مقر شركة نسيج بمرفأ البحرين المالي ، لتشكل خطوة تعكس التزام الطرفين بتقديم تجربة عقارية متكاملة تستهدف المستثمرين والعملاء والباحثين عن وحدات سكنية راقية وفرص استثمارية نوعية في السوق البحريني. وقع الاتفاقية كلاً من السيد أحمد عبدالله مدير المبيعات في شركة نسيج، والسيد حسين الحسيني رئيس قسم المبيعات في شركة ASK Real Estate، بحضور عدد من كبار المسؤولين وممثلي الشركتين. The signing ceremony took place at Naseej’s headquarters at Bahrain Financial Harbour, marking a strategic step that reflects both parties’ commitment to delivering an integrated real estate experience tailored to investors, clients, and home buyers seeking upscale residential units and premium investment opportunities in the Bahraini market.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Ahmed Abdulla, Senior Sales Manager at Naseej, and Mr. Hussein Al Husseini, Head of Sales at ASK Real Estate, in the presence of senior officials and representatives from both companies.

أعلنت شركة نسيج، عن فتح باب التسجيل في برنامج “آفاق” التدريبي لطلبة الجامعات لعام 2026 مع استقطاب الطلبة البحرينيين من جميع الجامعات بمختلف التخصصات بغية صقل مهاراتهم العملية وتمكينهم من استكمال تحصيلهم الجامعي بتفوق وتهيئتهم للإنضمام إلى سوق العمل.
وفتحت الشركة باب التسجيل لتقديم طلبات السير الذاتية اعتبارا من 27 أبريل 2026 مع غلق باب التسجيل في 11 مايو الجاري، على أن يبدأ البرنامج التدريبي بتاريخ 1 يوليو 2026 وسيستمر لمدة شهرين لغاية 31 أغسطس المقبل. وبإمكان الطلبة التقديم في عدة مجالات تشمل: الاستثمارات، التطوير العقاري، المخاطرة والامتثال والشؤون القانونية.
ويتوجب على الطلبة الراغبين بالحصول على فرصة الانضمام لبرنامج شركة نسيج التدريبي لطلبة الجامعات إرسال سيرهم الذاتية مرفقة بفيديو مدته لا تقل عن دقيقة واحدة الى قسم الموارد البشرية في الشركة. وسيتم اختيار الطلبة استناداً على استكمالهم لمتطلبات التقديم والتقييم لدى القسم المعني في الشركة والتي تشمل المقابلات مع الطلبة المتقدمين. كما يتوجب على الطلبة ارسال المستندات والفيديو على البريد الالكتروني لقسم الموارد البشرية: [email protected]

Naseej announces the opening of applications for its “Aafaq” university internship program for the year 2026. The program aims to attract Bahraini students from all universities and various academic disciplines to help develop their practical skills, support their academic excellence, and prepare them to enter the job market.
Naseej has opened applications for CV submissions starting from April 27, 2026 and up until 11 May 2026.
The training program will begin on July 1 - 31 Aug 2026 (Program Durtion: two months).
