Audited financial statements must be submitted within 6 months after the financial year-end.

For companies with a 31 December year-end, the deadline is 30 June.

Who must submit:
* WLL companies
* BSC (Closed and Public)
* Foreign branches

Important requirements:
* Reports must be signed by authorized directors (WLL/Branches) or board members (BSC).
* The audit must be completed by a MOIC-licensed audit firm.
* Missing the deadline may result in penalties and may block CR renewal.

Note:
Companies in their first financial year are usually exempt from submitting audited financial statements (in most cases).
