Dear Clients,
In view of directions issued by the Ministry of Health as of 8th August 2021 and to assure the safety of both, our Staff, our Client’s, and the General Public, the Management of Oculus Management Services will be implementing the following protocols with effect from 9th August 2021.
1. Although Oculus Management Services will be staffed skeletally throughout the pandemic period, Clients and Visitors will only be entertained within our offices by prior appointment. Such appointments can be made by telephone, (2456580) or by email [email protected].
2. Visitors and Clients will upon arrival at our offices see that our external gate is closed. We would ask for you to knock so as to be permitted entry. Visitors and Clients will only be admitted to our offices wearing a face mask. We will take your temperature upon arrival and ask for you to use our sanitizer. We would ask any Visitors or Clients who are feeling under the weather, or feverish, or who have come into contact with anybody who has tested positive for Covid 19 not to attempt to make direct contact with us.
3. We would generally encourage all Clients and Visitors to communicate with us by telephone or email rather than to request face to face meetings throughout this Pandemic. On premises all Visitors are required to maintain social distancing. The Management of Oculus Management Services reserves the right to refuse entry to any Visitor or Client where they suspect the Visitor or Client to be symptomatic of the flu, or other Covid 19 Symptoms.
4. We would encourage any Client wishing to make payment to Oculus Management Services to make payment directly to our Office Account. We will give details of this directly by email or by telephone.
5. We would ask any Clients returning signed documents to us either, (i) to knock on our door and stand at arm’s length distance from the door while passing us documents, or (ii), to deposit the documents in our post box, at the entrance to our offices. Please contact us should you elect to do the latter. We would encourage Clients delivering signed document to enclose them in an envelope with plastic covering to facilitate sterilization ahead of opening.
6. As responsible Corporate Citizens and proud members of the Community we will at all times be adhering to directions issued by the Ministry of Health as to the conduct of our commercial activities. These protocols may accordingly be amended from time to time. We look forward to working with you, as always, to achieve your corporate goals and to play our part in keeping Brunei safe.
