Well, the countdown to leave is almost done. Jan Ethridge Photography will be relocated to Castle Rock, Colorado as of next week. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You to the wonderful clients I have had the priviledge of sharing such fun times with my camera over the years. I will miss beach families, dancers and production staffs, and my photog friends! Love to you all and if you ever need photos taken with the front range of the Rockies as the backdrop.............

Such a fun morning with the North Florida Symphony Orchestra at the Mattie Kelly Center for the Arts. It was the Rock the Symphony concert with aspiring musicians from area schools. Just imagine, you are 8 years old and playing your recorder with a real symphony orchestra. SO COOL!

After all that rain, the sun shone and the cool, dry air just added more magic to this senior shoot. Avery, you are amazing in front of the camera and, girl, you could not be more stunning to photograph! Thank you for a really magical photo afternoon. Found this shot from last night's Dance Facets rehearsal(practice for me too!) and just fell in love with the way she is peeking at my lens. Attending several rehearsals helps me remember some of the choreography so I know when and where to be for "the shot". Tonight is dress rehearsal and I am so excited to try and capture the talent in still shots. Hope you can attend Dance Facets 2015 because it is soooo amazing!!!

It's Dance Facets time again at Mattie Kelly Fine Arts Center and that means I get all excited about the photographic opportunities I get to shoot at dress rehearsal. I am always blown away by the talent and the production as a whole.

Seriously, year after year, they just get better in front of the camera! Together they are a "HUNK OF FUN" photo shoot. Thank you Lisa and Carlos for all the wonderful photo sessions over the years. Gonna miss ya.
