Less is more or good is great?

Perfectionists usually hates this expression, but you know what, in this vuca world is the best thing we can do.

Work upon a task in a way to deliver it good, no need to make it great.

Choose your battles, select the ones that really matter to deliver it great. 😜

Enough of excuses.

Exercise your auto responsibility.

Face it! Your only limit is YOU!

that is why self awareness is so important, to learn about you and your limitations.

To understand what skill set you appreciate, that you want to develop, build a development plan around it and stop creating excuses and guilting others.

It is all about how you behave!

Sometimes do you feel full of yourself or empty?

Last couple of days I was filling full of everything, work, with the upcoming of the twins, obligations of the house but mostly work.

I don’t know about you but whenever I feel that “full” I procrastinate a lot, lose focus easily and eat like a lion hanging in a oasis full of yummy dears. Exercise is the last thing I want to face it, honestly I won’t face it.

Frankly speaking, exercise was the only chance I had it to get out of that dip s**t oasis, and even knowing that I didn’t made any move towards it.

The thing is, thanks God and the company I work for without knowing anything about it, they sent me to participate in a training in another country so I could obtain a Compliance professional certification.

Guess what?
It was a perfect push to make me come out of my comfort zone, to interact with great professionals and exchange wonderful practices.

All of this to reinforce to all of you reading this that sharing knowledge, sharing experience has a wonderful impact in everyone lives.

Today I got back to my routine fully motivated and ready for the pending challenges and desperate to implement best practices.
🚀🥊💻Ⓜ️

Soon I will tell more about the certification!

Sometimes we plan so much and get so anxious for something snd when we finally get that or accomplish it you can barely enjoy it, since it looks like such a short period for such a long waiting

Or its even worse when we accomplish it and do not celebrate, be grateful or simply ENJOY IT.

So whatever you are doing right now, no matter if it is something good, awful, boring, great, easy, hard… just ENJOY yourself while you are doing it.

Did you already review what you have accomplished or missed in 2021?

If not, it is great and sooo important to do it. Do not blame your self for the things you didn’t achieve. Celebrate your accomplishments and be grateful for it.

Remember, we are not robots but humans beings.

Take a few minutes and invest on a 2021 flashback.
