Over the past several years I’ve been undergoing a transformation, a metamorphosis really. One that was repurposed painfully in the heat and fire of the kiln, burning off the excess baggage of the past that wanted to s***f out my life and dim the spark of Divinity within me.

Now that my caterpillar is finally ready to unfold from its protective cocoon, a cocoon which allowed my soul time to grow and mature, I am ready to blossom into the butterfly I was meant to be. A butterfly with wings as colorful and vibrant as the clear blue skies above and the rich hues of the great blue seas below. 🐛 🦋

Let's face it. At times we all have fallen into that trap of beating up on ourselves because of something someone said about us. We've also learned that our inner critic can be even more dangerous to our self-esteem if we don't keep it in check. Are you allowing negative messages to derail you? Well my friend, it's time to stop! ✋🏾

In this blog post I will tackle this subject head on, offering ways you can stop the negative self-talk and fully accept that you are indeed good enough. 🙌🏽

Your brand is your business's biggest investment. It takes a long time to establish a brand and make it successful. It's your biggest asset. For this reason, brand marketing management is an ongoing challenge. Defining your brand and choosing branding strategies is only the very beginning.

It's 🎉
I love Fridays. I always seem to find a burst of energy on Fridays when it comes to my business goals. This morning I had a great strategy session with someone who's working with me to develop a new online course specifically for entrepreneurs. 💃🏽🕺🏽 It's amazing what you can learn in just one hour! But it's Friday so I won't bore you with all that. More on that later.
What I'd like to say is a big THANK YOU to the persons who took me up on yesterday's challenge!❤️🙏🏽 🤗I can't wait to hear about your experiences! If you didn't get to participate in the challenge, no worries. It's never too late to define your ideal life. I was NOT supposed to announce that the Coco Chanel LIVE women's event will be held in New Providence, Bahamas next year (YAY), but I'm truly over the moon about it! 🙊People have asked me ever since its debut in 2015 in Freeport, "When will it be coming to Nassau?". Well ladies Chanel is coming!
