The Bougainvillea Group is seeking an established chef, hospitality operator, or scalable food brand to partner on a landmark food and beverage destination.

The opportunity includes:

• A 106-year-old historic building with strong character and positioning
• Dedicated parking
• Access to an existing weekly tourist footfall of approximately 5,000–6,000 visitors
• Backing from an established hospitality group with growth ambitions
We are looking for experienced operators or concepts with a proven track record, strong brand identity, and the capacity to build a commercially successful destination offering.
This is an ideal opportunity for:

— Restaurant groups looking to expand into a high-traffic tourism market
