Yesterday, we had an enriching and impactful team-building session at Leeroy Systems. We were honoured to host Mme Mma Setshwaelo, who spent half the day with us sharing valuable insights and advice on mental wellbeing, self-care, emotional resilience, workplace balance, and the importance of maintaining a healthy mindset both personally and professionally.

The session created a safe and engaging space for reflection, learning, and open conversations around wellness and personal growth. It reminded us that prioritising mental wellbeing is not only essential for individual health and happiness, but also key to building stronger teams, better communication, and a more positive working environment.
