📌About the Role
Wise Leadership is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Growth and Innovation Associate to drive initiatives that expand revenue, strengthen client relationships, and enhance operational efficiency.

📌Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market presence.
2. ⁠Drive and manage the Responsible Citizen Magazine advertising space and article sales.
3. ⁠Manage client relations and external stakeholder engagement, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with service agreements.
4. ⁠Prepare and oversee Expressions of Interest, RFQs, tenders, quotations, and invoices.
5. ⁠Conduct market research to inform business plans and align with company objectives.
6. ⁠Develop and coordinate marketing initiatives to support sales growth.
7. ⁠Monitor debtors and act as liaison between the company and clients.
8. Review and optimize internal processes for efficiency and impact.
9. Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance metrics.

📌Qualifications & Competencies
1. Bachelors degree in Business related field from a recognized institution.
2. ⁠5 years’ and above proven experience in a commercial or business development role.
3. ⁠Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
4. ⁠Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
5. ⁠Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
6. ⁠Attention to detail and collaborative approach.
