A proud moment for I-Six Training & Research Institute at the 9th Strategic HR Conference & Gala Dinner 2026.

Our Managing Director, Mr. Tlhaloganyo C. Kaisara, delivered a presentation on Evidence-Led Organisational Transformation: Using Research to Drive Sustainable Change, exploring how organisations can use data, research, and structured implementation frameworks to achieve sustainable results.

It was encouraging to engage with HR professionals, industry leaders, and decision-makers who share a commitment to developing high-performing workplaces and strengthening Botswana's human capital.

Hazardous substances do not forgive poor preparation.

Take a peek at Day 2 of our Management and Handling of Hazardous Substances course.

Participants moved from theory into applied understanding, with focus on safe handling, hazard communication, workplace risk reduction, emergency response, and competence assessment.

Each participant was assessed, scored, and validated against clear performance standards.
