Naledi advises the Minister and senior government officials on economic and financial policy, supporting strategic decision-making through fact-based analysis.
She also oversees the Botswana Economic Transformation Programme (BETP) — a transformative Government initiative focused on economic diversification, private-sector-led growth, investment mobilisation and job creation, with the ambition of positioning Botswana as a high-income, digitally enabled and export-driven economy by 2036.

With experience spanning government, banking, economic research and development policy, Naledi brings a wealth of insight into Botswana’s economic transformation journey.
