We are looking for self-driven, results-oriented and multi-skilled high performing individuals to join our company, Strategic Acumen Centre (Pty) Ltd, in order to enable it to execute its mandate of offering, inter alia, the lowest prices, exceptional value & a passion for excellence all this with a view to empowering our clients to unlock their business & financial potential & realize their business dreams.
1.TRAINEE BUSINESS CONSULTANT (REMOTE) (1 Position) – aged at least 25 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Accounting & Finance/Economics & Accounting and working experience of at least one year in the preparation of financial statements, financial projections, business plans, business proposals etc. Membership with BICA is essential; however, non-BICA members are still eligible to apply but should initiate the application for BICA membership within a year of being recruited. Only interested candidates with access to a laptop or PC at home & at least one (01) year working experience in preparing financial statements, other financial reports and business plans need to apply.
2.TRAINEE FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE (REMOTE) (1 Position) – with a BA/BBA/BCOM degree in Marketing Management (or business related qualifications), is wanted to successfully and effectively market our accounting, bookkeeping and taxation services as well as our business consultancy services through cold calling and door-to-door marketing to SMMEs purely with a monthly traineeship allowance plus sales commissions with the potential for huge earnings for high performing professionals. This graduate trainee position is strictly for 12 months and will result in permanent employment for high performers thereafter.
3.TRAINEE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER CUM SALES EXECUTIVE (REMOTE)– with a minimum of an Associate Degree in Web Design/Multimedia, he/she will be responsible for the creation and production of graphics, websites, marketing, branding and communication materials to support our clients’ branding strategies for print and digital communications through creative and effective design as well as the development and management of our websites. The candidate should be ready and willing to take on the additional role of marketing and promoting the company’s accounting and business consulting services as well as creative work and graphic work-based services such as company profiles, flyers, brochures and CVs.
4.TRAINEE CV WRITER/TRAINING MANUALS DEVELOPER –(REMOTE (1 Position) – aged at least 25 with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Professional Communication, Media Studies or other business-related degrees from a recognized university. This position requires high-level creativity, critical thinking skills as well as a repertoire of excellent communication, research, business writing and editing skills besides possessing a sound business knowledge for a good understanding of common terms used in the corporate world. It also requires excellent proof-reading skills, attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines. To qualify for this position, the candidate should have available to him/her full access to a laptop or desktop PC at his/her home. This traineeship position is for a period of only one year with the successful trainee being offered permanent employment at the end of the traineeship period.
As all the above job opportunities are remote in their nature in the initial stages, it is a requirement that interested candidates should have a laptop or a PC at their residence. It is also important to note our above traineeship positions attract a monthly traineeship allowance for University Graduates that is exactly equivalent to the monthly graduate internship allowance offered by the Government of Botswana.
