What you need to get planning permission for Plot Subdivision, Consolidation and Change of landuse in tribal land:
1. Landbord consent: this sought from the landbord at a fee of P100
2. Sketch plan: also sought from the landboard at a cost
3. Neighbor consultation through local newspaper and government gazette for change of landuse.
4. Certified copy of the certificate (done at the landboard not police)
5. Certified copy of ID of plot onwer.
6. Application fee: each council has its own fee
7. For some council if the plot is developed they require that you regularise existing developments even if you are just subdividing (this would require services of an architect and structural engineer at cost)
8. An affidavit stating that you have engaged us
