It is very important to note that the concept of using Agricultural Land (ploughing fields) for mixed use one does not necessarily have to apply for change of landuse from agriculture to mixed use agriculture. Rather you just seek planning permission for the development you want to introduce in your plot. All you need to do is meet the attached checlklist.
