As a long-time resident of Placencia village and a member of the tourism sector for over 18 years, many of you may already know me as Briana Mayen. Since the start of COVID, I have been managing my concierge business and utilizing my experiences to refine my career path.
I am writing to invite you to collaborate with me on a new project during its initial phase. My aim is to train individuals for professional roles, focusing on resume creation, field-specific training, and professional conduct. This initiative is designed to decrease turnover for businesses and reduce unemployment by addressing the existing skills and will barriers. Some individuals possess the skills but lack the motivation due to not pursuing their passions, while others are willing but require skill development.
