During this pandemic, here are some evidence based and best practice articles related to what the Coronavirus is and how you (to the individual) can mitigate its impact. While signs and symptoms may “only be the flu”, the rate of spread, longevity of illness, impact to community, and long-term effects are not “just the flu”
