I've spent my career serving others.
From military service in Afghanistan, to being awarded the Medal of Military Valour, to continuing to serve as an active Advanced Care Paramedic, one thing has remained constant: helping people prepare for the moments that matter most.
That's why I founded Bravo Starlight Consulting Ltd.
I wanted to bring real-world experience into every training session. Not theory. Not generic slide decks. Real lessons learned from emergency scenes, critical incidents, leadership challenges, and high-stakes environments where preparation and decisive action save lives.
One lesson from my military service has stayed with me throughout my career:
"You don't rise to the occasion. You fall back on your training."
