Planning an outdoor event this summer? Here are some things to consider.
1) Venue, ensure you have the amenities that your guest need and adequate coverage should the weather change suddenly.
2) logistics, is there adequate parking or transportation? Is there access to power? There are many logistic issues to consider.
3) Rules, do you know the rules and bylaws that govern the venue you have chosen?
4) Light, don't underestimate the lighting required for an evening event.
5) Entertainment, outdoor games can be a hit with guests of all ages or consider a band, live entertainment is very popular again.
