“So what exactly do you do, Alicia?”

I had this exact question on a Zoom the other day with a lady looking for information.

Here’s the simple version…

I’m an online business mentor.

The business I’m part of has a system that’s already built for you—website, automated emails, training and support. You’re not starting completely from scratch.

My role is really two things:

1. Marketing
I share what I’m doing on social media and create content that helps the right people find me.
2. Mentoring
When someone decides to build this business with me, I help them learn the steps and guide them along the way.

There’s no inventory sitting in my house, no home parties, and no chasing friends and family.
And just like starting any legitimate business, there is an investment to get started. I believe in being completely upfront about that.

Something I’ve been learning lately that I think is worth sharing… 👇

If you have a page for your business, it’s easy to think the most important thing is simply having the page.

But there’s actually a lot more to it.

Your page is often one of the first places someone will go when they want to learn a little more about you. So taking a few minutes to set it up properly can make a big difference.

A few simple things to check:
✨ Is your profile picture clear and actually looks like you?
✨ Does your cover photo tell people what you’re about?
✨ Is your bio easy to understand?
✨ Do you have a way for people to contact you?
✨ Does your page feel welcoming and personal—not just like an advertisement?

And here’s something I really liked learning:
You don't have to have everything perfect before you start.

You can set up the basics, start showing up, and improve your page as you learn.

I’m working through some Facebook training right now, and I’m realizing there are so many little things we can do to make our online presence more helpful and easier for people to understand.

Sometimes it's not about doing MORE…
it's about doing the simple things well. ❤️

⭐️ If you could sit down with someone who’s already built a successful online business, what would you ask them?

Tonight on Millionaire Mastermind, we’re putting some of our leaders in the hot seat! 🎤🔥

Not perfection.
Not trying to do everything.
Not comparing my journey to someone else’s.

Just focusing on becoming a little better, a little stronger, and a little more intentional each day.

✨ Believe in yourself
✨ Trust yourself
✨ Be good to yourself
✨ Cheer yourself on
✨ And don’t forget to enjoy the journey

Sometimes the biggest goal we can set is simply to stop putting ourselves last.
