We are thrilled to announce that Home + Health has been selected for the Invest Nova Scotia Accelerate 2026-2027 Growth Stream!
Nova Scotia faces a significant challenge with an aging population and limited systemwide capacity. To address this, Home and Health is pleased to introduce an alternative solution for managing aging well and traditional in-home care. Our transparent, flexible, and user-friendly platform benefits clients with informed choice and cost savings, while providing caregivers improved autonomy and higher hourly rates through a direct-to-consumer model.
Being part of this cohort allows us to move faster on our path to a wider market, ensuring that families have the access and transparency they need to manage care for their loved ones with peace of mind.
