SiksikaTel Service Update
We would like to acknowledge that some SiksikaTel customers are currently experiencing service disruptions following the severe storm that impacted Siksika Nation on June 16.
During the storm, two of our network towers sustained significant damage, affecting connectivity for customers in certain areas of the Nation.
Our team has been working diligently to assess the damage, implement temporary solutions where possible, and restore service as quickly and safely as possible. We understand the importance of reliable internet service and recognize the inconvenience this disruption has caused.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as restoration efforts continue. Additional updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
