Today we are posting a quick update on the Wing Kei Village Project in north east Calgary. In partnership with Clark Builders and S2 Architecture, our rapid progress so far has included a Kawneer UT curtainwall (triple glazed), Kawneer Glass vents, and 500T Insulpour doors.

A high performance curtainwall, doors and vents, glass interior entrances, automatic operators, interior glazing, and wood doors & frames were all combined to improve the look and functionality of this building.

NEW PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT

Since its founding in 1945, Bethany Care Society has been a trusted leader in continuing care. Now, they’re writing their next chapter with the redevelopment of Bethany Calgary in the neighbourhood of Hounsfield Heights-Briar Hill.

This transformational project will be a first-of-its-kind care home that sets a new standard for care for seniors and adults with disabilities. It is a place where every resident feels connected, comforted, and empowered to live fully—because everyone’s story matters.

Griffin Glass is proud to be a partner in this prestigious project with Graham Construction and Engineering. We are excited to move forward on this large and intricate undertaking and look forward to bringing you updates as we progress on the largest project in our history.

We're just putting the finishing touches on the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant Renewal project in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Working in conjunction with Graham Construction / AECON JV, this large project included a curtainwall, custom laminated yellow glass fins, translucent panel walls, fire rated glazing and interior office front walls.

We would like to recognize one of Griffin’s truly valued employees, Andrew Harvey along with his selfless ambition to raise awareness with his initiative to collect donations for the Veterans Food Bank of Alberta this holiday season. An amazing cause and we at Griffin are grateful we were able to contribute. This charity is remarkable, existing for the sole purpose of supporting forgotten veterans in any way needed. The Cariboo Memorial Hospital Redevelopment project in Williams Lake, BC. This is the first mobilization of this significant and distinguished project for Griffin Glass, working in partnership with Graham Construction. The project represents an important investment in the Cariboo-Chilcotin communities’ health and well-being now and into the future. These are progress pictures of the curtainwall grid starting to be erected on the South side of the hospital. Many more pictures to come as the project evolves.
