My clients chief complaint: restricted shoulder flexibility in all directions, postural fatigue through upper back, tension / pulling through the front of the shoulder / pectoral area.
In the video you can see an average of 5- 10 degree difference in her shoulder angles which is enough change to make a noticeable difference in practice. Leaving her with less pain & discomfort.
When working with athletes before their practice, my main goal is to improve circulation, reduce localized tension, and optimize muscle reaction time so she can perform well and stay responsive during practice. if I work longer than 30 mins this can cause the muscle to feel fatigue and respond slower, when needing to react quickly.
