Day 6 of the countdown to the new KBD.
Today is about visibility.
Not being louder. Not being in more places. Being intentional.
Most businesses don’t struggle with effort. They struggle with direction. So they post, attend, sponsor, show up… and hope it adds up to something meaningful.
Here’s a common scenario.
You’re visible, technically. You’re at the event. You’re posting. Your logo is out there.
But when you try to trace any real outcome back to the effort, it’s fuzzy. A few likes. Some conversations. Nothing you can clearly point to.
That’s not a visibility problem. That’s a strategy problem.
The shift is to Think Differently about visibility and remember this: Be Where Your People Are, and show up in a way that makes sense for them.
Before you commit to being seen, make these six visibility decisions on purpose:
1. Where you show up
Choose platforms, events, or spaces your audience already trusts, not just the ones with the biggest numbers.
2. Why you’re showing up
Decide whether the goal is awareness, connection, credibility, or conversion (AKA sales). One focus at a time.
3. How you want to be perceived
Clear, helpful, strategic, bold? Visibility without intent creates mixed signals.
4. What you want people to remembered
People won’t remember everything. Pick one idea, message, or feeling you want to stick in their minds.
5. How people can engage with you
Make the next step obvious. A conversation, a follow-up, a follow, or a question.
6. When visibility becomes noise
If you can’t explain the purpose behind the action, it’s probably time to pause or adjust.
Day 6 isn’t about doing more.
It’s about showing up with clarity, on purpose.
Tomorrow, we move to 5.
The countdown continues.
