📣 A Friendly Reminder from NWO BasiCare
As BasiCare continues to grow, I wanted to share a couple of important reminders regarding communication and client expectations.
📞 If you call BasiCare, please leave a voicemail or send a text message.
Due to the nature of my work, I spend most of my day moving from one client to the next and am often unable to answer calls immediately. If a message is not left, I will not return the call. Unfortunately, I simply do not have the time to chase missed calls while caring for clients throughout the day.
🤍 Secondly, BasiCare has a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behaviour.
We understand that life can be overwhelming. We understand stress, frustration, grief, exhaustion, and hard moments. Supporting people through those moments is part of what we do.
Your feelings are always valid.
However, how we choose to act and treat others is our responsibility.
Abusive language, threats, personal attacks, foul language, disrespectful behaviour or demanding *anything* will result in immediate removal from our client list, indefinitely.
At BasiCare, we believe support should be accessible, reliable, and free of shame—for everyone. That includes creating an environment where kindness, respect, and professionalism exist in both directions.
Thank you to the incredible clients and families who continue to make BasiCare such a positive and rewarding part of our community.
