20 years ago, I walked through this 17th century archway that led to my classes at the University of Edinburgh campus one final time.
This month marks that 20 years since I started my company and started doing this work. At that time, I had no idea where it would take me.
Olympic Games, airports, professional events, airports, hotels, airports, and competition venues around the world. (Did I mention airports?)
With all the incredible locations and events I’ve had the privilege of working in, some of the moments I remember most happened away from the spotlight: in conversations before the big moment, after a truly difficult one, or somewhere in between.
For 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people perform when something really, truly matters to them…and they’ve taught me just as much in return.
I’m incredibly grateful for every athlete, coach, colleague, team, organization, and client who has trusted me along the way.
20 years later, I still love this work….and I’m excited to see what comes next. 🤍
