Good morning! Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend!

Tip of the week: Dishwasher!

Slow drain or not draining? First place you want to check is under the sink. The drain port on the plumbing is only about the circumference of a dime, so any food ie: nuts, seeds, shells, pits, skins that have gone through the dishwasher can build up in this area and cause draining issues and blockage. Be sure to check both ends, drain hose and plumbing.

Good evening everyone and Happy Friday! Just want to thank everyone again for liking, following and sharing our page! We are so grateful for all the support and positive feedback!

One of the reasons I started this page was to share tips and advice of things I see on a day-to-day to help keep everyone's appliances running smoothly! So here it goes!

Tip of the week: Dryer vents on the outside wall of your home.

1. Typically you want to check them twice a year, spring and fall, with the weather change these can build up with lint, block air flow and affect drying efficiency!

2. Check the flaps to make sure they're clean, operational and opening with ease. Also if they're broken or missing, critters such as birds, squirrels and chipmunks love to crawl right in there because of the warmth. If they happen to get inside your dryer you will NEVER get that smell out!

Dryer taking too long to dry? Check the vent! Not drying at all? Check the vent! Have heat but not drying? Check the vent!
