of connecting people to a high standard of contemporary art, BECKA VIAU & is focused on creating art centered experiences that are built for lasting community impact. Our working methods are collaborative, with expertise being drawn from our core team and intuitive and emerging network of associates. BECKA VIAU & is lead by Becka Viau who has been celebrated as a driving force behind Art in the Open, Charlottetown’s interdisciplinary contemporary art festival, and this town is small inc - PEI's artist run centre. In 2019 Becka was recognized with the Governor General's Meritorious Service Medal for her work and dedication to reviving the contemporary arts on PEI.
