Some of our staff hit the pavement over the weekend at Run for Water in Abbotsford, raising $672.31 as a team!
Donations are going towards bringing clean water to communities in Kasese, Uganda and Tshikapa and Kikwit in DR Congo, where access to safe water transforms lives by reducing disease, keeping kids in school, and giving families more time and safety.

Congratulations to Adnan Habib and Harleen Mann on their recent court victory! Acting for Farm Credit Canada, they successfully obtained the appointment of a receiver over a large agricultural operation in the BC Supreme Court. The decision in Farm Credit Canada v. Desert Valley Vineyard Ltd., 2026 BCSC 893 will be a leading case in BC insolvency law.

We are deeply grateful to the Chilliwack Foundation for their incredibly generous $33,000 donation toward our STARS bus. The STARS bus provides essential transportation for seniors in our community, helping them stay connected, supported, and able to access important services.

This contribution makes it possible for us to keep the bus running and continue serving seniors who rely on it. Thank you for helping us keep this vital program on the road. 🚌

Last week, some of our lawyers had a great time playing soccer and hanging out with the kids at the Chilliwack Rivers FA First Nations Youth Soccer Tournament!
The tournament provides physical fitness and soccer development opportunities for First Nations youth from schools in the Eastern Fraser Valley, including Squiala First Nation School, Seabird Island Community School, and Chehalis Community School.
This initiative creates an inclusive platform for First Nations communities to gather through soccer, fostering inter-community relationships and supporting youth development.
