I don't know what was splattered on this photo which took a bit of tedious work to get the marks off. Here is a GIF on my progress.

This restoration was quite a bit of work. The first photo shows the amount of damage. The photograph had torn and someone had put tape down the middle to hold it together. The face required allot of reconstruction. The bottom of the photo seemed to have some water damage creating a distoration of this lady's necklace and sweater. I recreated a necklace and top, enhanced the photo and sharpened it before sending it to the client. Total cost of this was $85 which included a 8 x 10 printed photo for client to immediately put in a frame.

I recently restored old slightly faded photo of a special grandmother for a wonderful family. I slightly sharpened the photo, removed a white blotch from her face where the photographic paper had torn, and removed scotch tape marks where it had been taped in a photo album. It really is so important to preserve these special photos of people for future generations to look back on.
