These custom hatches were made for a client who had tried to find replacements, but they never quite fit. So we traced off their original, made new hatches and upgraded to some handy slam latches. We also added a pattern to create some slip resistance.

We can assist with making plastic parts that are hard to find, by tracing to reproduce the same outside dimensions and radiused corners.

Although we don't do much metal work, and we don't have the capability to cut solid metals, yet... we occasionally complete a project that needs some metalwork for clients. For us, it's about trying to provide the complete project at the best value possible to our customers. Plus who doesn't love to make a few sparks once and awhile.

This was a replacement hatch on a boat where the previous owner had removed and discarded the hatch for customization. The customer came to us and asked for a replacement hatch. Because it's on the bow of the boat and the fiberglass around it was non-slip, we matched the texture of the material so the hatch would also be non slip. The texture has been manually machined into the material to match. We always feel it's better to put the time in and make it right.
