I also do some tiling such as back splashes along with basic electrical services such as updating plugs, switches and lights, basic plumbing services for replacing taps and toilets. I can also do some framing and drywall including taping, mudding, sanding and finishing with paint & trim.

Since I was ‘on site’ doing a basement Reno .. took a little extra time to Reno the master bedroom ensuite. Customer did a great job removing the old flooring and subfloor as it was ‘spongy with bounce’. Added extra framing/support .. new subfloor, floor, wall repair and paint, toilet and vanity, light and tile.

I created my own stair nosing by heating and bending the flooring

Day 6 & 7 … The last bit of touchups and repairs in the hallway. (including removing the old intercom and telephone systems on the walls and patching). Alannah and I found a really sweet find at Home Depot with a marked down cabinet which will be the perfect replacement for the old cabinet. Add a great, matching countertop, sink, gold tap and wow what a fantastic look it’s going to be. Wall repairs and painting completed and the new cabinet countertop and sink/tap have been mocked up. The installation will be left in the capable hands of Allan [Alannah’s fiancé] and his father Jerry.
