My daily gratitude.
Still dealing with sciatica but every day even a little improvement is welcome. I took my first T3 today and it got me through the day. That’s not what I wanna be doing but it’s helping. I did have my morning coffee though I was in so much pain. I couldn’t enjoy it so much… Lol. Feeling much better now so grateful for that!
Just on a mastermind call with the new Business right now I’m just feeling inspired, motivated, and extremely grateful.
I’m so proud to be part of a company that’s built on honesty and integrity. I’m grateful for this community, my coach and my colleagues.
I’m still grateful for the rain but I think it’s time for some more sunshine… Lol.
Looking forward to nachos in a movie tonight!
Grateful for everyone who’s reading this and who follows my post. Love you all.
Continue to be fearless and grateful and most of all, have a fabulous day. You deserve it.

My daily gratitude!
My morning, coffee!
Still dealing with the sciatica nonsense but every day it gets a little bit better and I’m grateful for that.
The rain continues here in Edmonton, and it’s unseasonably cold. Not a big fan of the cold especially this time of year, but I’m grateful for the rain in the moisture. I’ll be fly fishing in a week or two and Camping is no fun if you can’t have a camp fire. So I’m grateful for the rain.
Today, I’m sharing gratitude for Facebook.
This platform has allowed me to stay in touch with friends and family all over the world. Just with a click of a button, I can reach out to someone I haven’t heard from or chatted with him a long time.
Also grateful for this platform that allows me to share things I wouldn’t normally be able to do without it. I can share my posts, my gratitude, share my business, talk to people that I’ve never spoken to before, and help people all around the world who are interested in, perhaps earning more income online and from home. Technologyis amazing, but we have to use it responsibly. Thank you for all the wizards out there creating new apps and new technologies that make life, work and just everyday stuff a little bit easier.
I’m grateful for all of you who take the time to read and view my posts. I appreciate it more than you know!
Thank you.
Be fearless and grateful but most of all, have a fabulous day. You deserve it!
Peace, love and hugs – Dean.

My daily gratitude:
Well… While this sciatica, Business continues to literally kick my butt, I find great power from finding gratitude in the midst of it all. Today was the first time in a couple weeks that I could sit in my vehicle without excruciating pain. Thank you!
I still had a productive day at work, so I’m grateful for that. Grateful for us fun rehearsal last night with a new band. Looking forward to the gig this weekend.
My band, Ruby&TheHitmen plays next weekend for the first time in a while so I’m grateful for that. Grateful for my loving wife whose nickname this past few days has been Florence Nightingale… Lol. This would be a lot less fun if I was on my own. Not that this is fun at all, but gotta find humour in it all.
Grateful for the food on my table in the air that I breathe, roof over my head and a warm place to sleep at night. Grateful for my three adult boys my two amazing daughter-in-law‘s and our grandson. Love them all. Grateful for who takes the time to read and watch my posts. Thank you and I love you all too. Continue to be fearless and grateful and most of all. Have a fabulous day. You deserve it.

Daily gratitude:
Gotta keep it real today folks…
This aggravated sciatica is literally kicking my butt. But there’s always room for gratitude. I’m grateful it’s something that can be remedied although it’s not very much fun right now. I’m grateful for my chiropractor who’s working with me on this and for my wife who’s looking after me. We did get some rain last night and today and I’m grateful for that. We need the moisture to help things grow to reduce the forest fires.
I didn’t forget my morning coffee… Lol. I’m grateful for that and the healthy high protein pancakes my wife made for me this morning. Got a super fun rehearsal tonight with some great new tunes so I’m looking forward to that. Life is good.
Grateful for everyone who’s reading this.
Thank you. Remember to be grateful and fearless, and most of all, haven’t fabulous day. You deserve it!☮️❤️🎶💪🙏 gratitude✨😊

Daily gratitude:
Well, my morning coffee ☕️ was great as usual.
Truth is today was physically challenging. I have an aggravated sciatica, but I’ve been managing it so I went to work anyways.
It was a beautiful day out and I was doing some trim painting. I enjoy the work it very very therapeutic, and the weather was gorgeous. ☀️
Yes my sciatica was bothering me but only a little bit. Except when I tripped over a sidewalk block that was a little higher than I thought. That sent the sharp pain up my leg and I saw stars ⭐️.
I had to lay down for a few minutes,
to relieve the pressure but after a few minutes, I started feeling better so I went back to work.
While stepping down from a tall ladder, I stepped on some even ground twisted my ankle fell backwards and dumped my container. Paint all over the grass… Lol.
Now my ankle is the size of a ping-pong ball.
I’m not sharing this to complain or being negative, I’m sharing this because I’m still grateful.
I’m grateful that I’m strong enough that I can work through these challenges. I’m grateful that although life may throw you a bunch of lemons, I can still make lemonade.

The good news is I got to enjoy the Hydro massage at the gym this morning and then again after work.
I had a great lunch today, super grateful for the gorgeous weather, and super grateful to be home after a good days, work relaxing on my bed, working on computer with ice on my ankle.
Life is good. Yes, we have challenges but gratitude and love conquer all.
Be grateful and fearless y’all. But most of all have a fabulous day. You deserve it! ☮️🤷‍♂️☕️💪🙏❤️☮️🍷

Can one decision… one change of thought… one small action… really change your life?

I can’t speak to your experience — but for me? Absolutely yes.

Twenty years ago I made a decision to stop waiting for things to happen and go all in on an online business. That decision changed my life in a big way — both good and not so good. On the positive side, I discovered personal development, personal growth, and what it really means to take responsibility for your outcomes. On the not-so-positive side, after four years and a lot of heart, I ended up in debt with nothing to show financially. But I’ll tell you what — I learned a lot, and I wouldn’t trade those lessons.

Twelve years ago I decided to commit to fitness — for real this time, for good. Today I’m in the best shape of my life. Life-changing? Without a doubt.

And most recently, I started thinking seriously about retirement. As a professional musician, there’s no pension waiting for me. So I made another decision — to start something new.

It’s only been a few months, and I can honestly say I’ve never been more excited about my future.

But here’s what’s different this time. I’m not attached to whether every conversation leads somewhere. I’m attached to showing up every single day — working on myself, working on my business — because I know this isn’t about luck. It’s about consistency. It’s not a matter of if. It’s just a matter of when.

So that’s where I am — patient, consistent, grateful, and committed.

Peace and love — Dean 🙏
