Hey employers and managers, if your staff could change one thing about you, what do you think it would be?

1. 15% of employees wish their managers would show more transparency and improve communication around company vision.
2. 11% of employees wish their boss would quit. Some managers are so bad that their departure is the #2 thing their staff want to see.
3. 10% of employees wish their boss would be more empathetic and have better people skills.
4. 8% of employees want raises which is not always realistic based on company performance or the economy. This can chip away at the relationship.
5. 7% wish their manager would become a more collaborative leader, giving their team the chance to make suggestions and support their long-term success.
