I totally was this person! I figured I could eat what I want as long as I burned off the calories..... This was obviously before looking into what your body needs nutrients wise, not just calories in and calories out.
In fact I DO NOT count calories at all. I count colours! My portion containers keep me on track, I don't feel deprived, I can still have WINE! Lol
Its not about depriving yourself for quick results, that more then likely you will gain back. It's about long term lifestyle change. Being the best version of you. Having more energy, & confidence.
