I totally was this person! I figured I could eat what I want as long as I burned off the calories..... This was obviously before looking into what your body needs nutrients wise, not just calories in and calories out.

In fact I DO NOT count calories at all. I count colours! My portion containers keep me on track, I don't feel deprived, I can still have WINE! Lol

Its not about depriving yourself for quick results, that more then likely you will gain back. It's about long term lifestyle change. Being the best version of you. Having more energy, & confidence.

I have been so BLESSED to find this career. To help people I've known all my life, to helping complete strangers who have turned into friends. To come together in a group and encourage one another, lift each and everyone up.

This is so important. Everywhere you turn we are being told we are not good enough, not skinny enough, not rich enough, the list goes on....

Surround yourself with DAILY encouragement, positive people, people just like you looking for something better, and your all on the same team! Imagine the impact that would have on your daily life!?

I cant wait for July's challenege group to start! Monday we kick off,and these ladies are already eager, and are even coming up with ways to keep this long weekend in check with healthy cocktail recipes!

Weighed myself & took measurements. Just need to do photos :) I definitely over did it on the weekend! Hopefully this refresh will help me beat the bloat and stay on track for the next two weeks!

We were very busy here at the Parent residence, and stayed very active!

We went for walks, did some yardwork, and it was so hot on Saturday!

Tomorrow is Monday and I'm feeling so good about this Week! Only two weeks till Shane and I go away.... Must stay focused lol

So energize definitely helped! I was able to really push myself, AND that's with little Miss being up 3 tines last night...

Breakfast is easy when you keep it simple. One thing I find when people start trying to eat well, they become super overwhelmed with meal planning!

It doesn't have to be!

Breaky:
2 eggs Mixed with a dash of milk
Green peppers chopped
Sweet onion chopped
I also use Mrs.dash spices to make it taste yummy!!
