Giving is such a wonder thing! Especially at Christmas Time. I have been wanting to do a Toy drive for years and this year for my 29th +++ birthday, we set it up and on the 15th we delivered 75 toys to a local Elementary school. When we put things off, sometimes more than you suffers and giving should never be put off!!

Get out of the Negative Spiral!! Did you know that being negative can negatively affect your brain? Every time we complain or think negative thoughts our brains and bodies get flooded with chemicals that disrupt our ability to think, drain our energy and damaged our neural pathways?!?!? Some people feel a good rant is good for us but I disagree!! Let’s create a positive spiral and keep yourself healthy, happy and productive! Today was a first! I had my annual checkup with my doctor. Now normally, doctors and check ups don’t make me worry but lately I know my health hasn’t been the best but I have been taking steps to make things better! I am certainly on the right track! I must have looked a bit uncomfortable or maybe he was surprised but when he looked at my file, the first thing he said was “ MAN, ARE YOU GETTING OLD!” At that moment, I burst out laughing. He smiled and laughed and continued by saying, “it’s just my medical opinion”. From that point on, the rest of the appointment was light and conversational! I guess Laughter is the Best Medicine!!

How many times have you asked someone this question? “Are you positive?” That means you are unsure, doubtful, hesitant and need convincing! 😞.
